摘    要:针对全社会了解农业应用软件、开发农业应用软件、使用农业应用软件的氛围还不浓;农业应用软件开发的数量不足、质量不高、创新不多;农业应用软件的升级与维护服务不能很好地满足用户需要;农业应用软件开发者的知识产权保护意识不强等问题,结合工作实际提出要加快农业应用软件开发理论与方法的创新;加强包括RS、GIS、GPS、ES等在内的nS技术的集成开发创新;实现农业应用软件应用平台的集成创新;加快农业应用软件开发创新人才的培养等对策与措施。

Abstract:Aimed at the questions such as the inactive atmosphere of learning, developing and using agricultural application soft, the shortage quantities, lower qualities, lack innovation, upgrading and maintaining it without meeting with consumer, the shortage consciousness of knowledge rights of developer, the countermeasures and measures in practice were presented in the paper in order to quicken its developing theory and method innovation, to strengthen integration development of nS technologies including RS, GIS,GPS and ES, to realize integration innovation of its flat and to quicken culturing its innovation potentials and so on.
