摘    要:通过基因枪导入法,将外源钾通道基因导入水稻中花8号、中花9号、中花13以及8706中表达,获得了转基因植株.经PCR和Southern检测,共获得42个表达了钾通道基因的转基因株系.通过二代的筛选并获得了部分株系的纯合系.转基因植株对钾的吸收累积试验表明,与对照相比,供试转基因株系的吸钾速率和对钾的累积能力都有明显提高.研究表明

Abstract:Potassium channel genes( AKT 1 or KAT 1) were introduced into the rice (Zhonghua 8, Zhonghua 9, Zhonghua 13 and 8706) by biolistic gun. Total 42 transgenic plants been obtained based on the results of PCR and Southern analysis. Some pure transgenic lines were also gotten. The experiments of hydroponic culture illustrated that the transgenic plants have higher capacity of potassium uptake and accumulation. These results showed that over expressing of K + channel genes in plants could improve K nutrition characteristic of crops.
