苍耳提取物对番茄灰霉病菌抑制机理的研究

摘    要:以番茄灰霉病菌为供试材料,对苍耳提取物的抑菌机理进行了研究.结果表明:苍耳提取物对番茄灰霉菌的菌丝生长、分生孢子的形成和萌发都具有较强的抑制作用,当处理浓度为30 mg/mL时,苍耳提取物对番茄灰霉菌菌丝生长的抑制率达78.1%,对分生孢子形成和萌发的抑制率分别为85.1%和77.4%.苍耳提取物能引起番茄灰霉菌菌丝细胞膜透性发生变化,造成菌丝体内含物的渗漏,从而导致液体培养基电导率增加.用苍耳提取物处理番茄灰霉病菌后,可使菌丝体可溶性蛋白含量下降.

Abstract:Taking the strains of Botrytis cinerea Pers as material,the action mechanism of the extraction from Xanthium sibiricum to Botrytis cinerea Pers were studied by observation and physio-biochemical methods.The results showed that the extraction from Xanthium sibiricum had obvious inhibition on hypha growth,formation and germination of spores of Botrytis cinerea Pers.When the concentration was 30 mg/mL,inhibiting rate to hypha growth of Botrytis cinerea Pers reached 78.1 %,the inhibiting rates to formation and germinate of the spores reached 85.1 % and 77.4 %.The extracts of Xanthium sibiricum could result in leakage of inclusion of mycelium and change of penetrability of cell membrane so as to make conductivity increase.In addition,the content of protein from Botrytis cinerea declined after a time under treatment.
