| 摘 要： | 用乙醚萃取大鼠血浆样品,用反相高效液相色谱法(Shim-pack VP-ODS色谱柱,等梯度洗脱)测定大鼠灌胃复方淫羊藿制剂后不同时间血浆中的淫羊藿苷质量浓度.结果表明,乙醚萃取处理后的血浆样品淫羊藿苷与复方制剂中其他组分及可能的内源性复合物能很好分离,淫羊藿苷在(0.063 8～10.200 0) μg/mL线性关系良好,日内精密度与日间精密度小于5%,提取回收率大于85%,样品在24 h内保持稳定.
