| 摘 要： | 在谷物干燥过程中，谷物会出现不同程度的品质损伤。对谷物品质的影响因素主要有热风温度，干燥时间及风速。通过实验研究和大量的实际应用，总结出了从干燥工艺和结构方面改善干燥后谷物品质的方法。

| Abstract: | In the progress of grain drying. Grain will oppear quality damrification in different degree. The factors which offect grain quality are mainly the tempreture of hot air, the hour of drying and the air blowing speed. Through experiments and a gread deuf practcal applicutions, We Summarized the methods to improve dryed grain quality from drying technics and structure points. |
