阻抗谱法在侧柏干旱胁迫研究中的初步研究

摘    要:通过研究侧柏在干旱胁迫过程中阻抗谱的胞外电阻Re、胞内电阻Ri、细胞膜电容Cm、特征频率fc等参数的变化情况来分析其生理变化的机制。结果表明,在干旱胁迫下,胞外电阻Re和胞内电阻Ri逐渐增大,且胞外电阻Re增大的速率高于胞内电阻Ri。在停止供水后,随着侧柏幼枝含水量的逐渐降低,侧柏的细胞膜电容Cm先呈下降趋势,之后开始逐渐变大;在恢复供水后又随着侧柏幼枝含水量的逐渐升高而下降。同时,特征频率fc的变化与侧柏幼枝含水量的变化呈正相关。通过阻抗谱法与压力室法的比较可以发现,这两种方法的相关参数呈显著相关。
