摘    要:以克新13马铃薯为试材,采用不同浓度的硫酸锰叶面喷施处理,通过测定马铃薯叶片中蔗糖含量、还原糖含量、叶绿素含量、根系活力和光合速率,研究硫酸锰对马铃薯生理指标及产量形成的作用效应。试验结果表明,适量的硫酸锰(0.2%~0.5%)液叶面喷施处理能有效地提高根系活力、叶绿素含量和光合速率,促进马铃薯叶片中蔗糖和还原糖积累,从而增加马铃薯产量。

Abstract:Taking potato Kexin No. 13 as experimental materials, we adopted different concentrations of manganese sulfate to study the action effect of manganese sulfate on the potato physiological characteristics and yield formation by measuring the leaf sucrose content, leaf reducing sugar content, chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate and root activity. The results showed that the treatments with appropriate concentrations of manganese sulfate (0.2%-0.5%) could promote the leaf sucrose and reducing sugar accumulation by effectively increasing root activity, chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate, and then promoted the yield formation of potato.
