温室节点式渗灌自动控制系统设计与实现

摘    要:为了充分发挥节点式渗灌技术的节水增效作用,根据中国东北的农业资源特征,并考虑到农民的生产规模和经济条件,应用模糊控制方法,研制了一种适用该技术的自动控制灌溉系统。该系统由控制器、电磁阀、土壤湿度传感器、水箱和渗灌管网等构成。控制器采用89S51单片机。A/D转换芯片的型号为ADC0804。显示器采用LCM显示模块。外部存储器采用24c02芯片。键盘由4个弹跳按钮构成。输入到二维模糊控制器的信号有2个,即土壤含水率误差和经过差分变换的土壤含水率误差变化率。经过二维模糊控制器的分析和放大作用后,其输出信号也是2个,即电磁阀的开启时刻和电磁阀开启持续时间。初步试验结果表明把土壤含水率提高10%所需的调整时间在30~40 min之内、系统的控制误差在3%以内,系统运行稳定,准确性和和快速性等指标能满足农业技术要求。
