| Abstract: | This article introduces background, implication and target of Sichuan tea project, discussed the meanings of Sichuan tea project for promoting the striding development of Sichuan tea's industrialized management; It also introduces the policies and measures of governmental assistance. On the basis of analyzing advantagerous and restriotive factors of implementing Sichuan tea projeot. |
