自主品牌战略规划研究

摘    要:本文解释了自主品牌的内涵及特征,分析了自主品牌战略实施的背景和意义,并创新性地建立了自主品牌战略的价值流模型,以政府政策体系、产业政策体系、企业发展体系、市场导向体系和社会支撑体系为管理体系平台,来吸引人力、资本、物资、技术、信息、服务六种价值流的聚集,推动自主品牌的培育和发展。

Abstract:This article gives the meaning and character of independent brand, and analysis the background and meaning of planning independent brand strategy. It sets up value flowing mode of independent brand strategy, which uses government policy system, industry police system, enterprise development system, market leading system and social support system as the management system to attract human source, capital, material, technique, information and service. Using the mode can improving the exploitation and development of independent brands.
