摘    要:360只AA肉仔鸡用于研究小麦基础日粮添加木聚糖酶对肉仔鸡生产性能、免疫、消化器官发育和血液代谢激素水平的影响。结果表明:添加木聚糖酶后肉仔鸡0~28 日龄平均日增重提高9 12%(P<0 05),料肉比降低10 87%(P<0 05),平均体重提高9%(P<0 05)。木聚糖酶使肉仔鸡的脾脏、胸腺和法氏囊的相对重量均提高(P>0 05),死淘率下降60%(P<0 05)。木聚糖酶还能降低胰脏、肝脏、小肠、肌胃和腺胃消化器官的相对重量(P>0 05),降低肠道食糜黏度30%(P<0 05)。血液代谢激素结果表明,28 日龄小麦基础日粮肉仔鸡血液T3、TSH、GH、INS代谢激素水平均低于玉米基础日粮(P>0 05),T4、GLU水平高于玉米日粮。添加木聚糖酶对T3、GH、INS激素水平表现出增高趋势(P>0 05),而T4、TSH和GLU水平加酶后有所降低(P>0 05)。

Abstract:Three hundred and sixty Abor Acre broilers were used to study the effect of xylanase addition in wheat based diet on broiler performance, relative weights of immune and digestive organs, serum hormones concentration. The results showed that, addition of xylanase in wheat based diet daily increased weight gain and arerage body weight by 9.12% (P<0.05) and 9% (P<0.05) respectively. The feed/gain ratio was also depressed by 10.87% (P<0.05). The relative weight of spleen, bursa of fabricius, thymus was increased by addition of xylanase. The relative weight of pancreas, liver, intestine, proventriculus and gizzard was decreased by xylanase supplementation in wheat based diet. The viscosity of intestinal digesta was also lowered. The result of serum hormones indicated that, the serum level of insulin was decreased(P<0.05) in wheat based diet than corn based diet,There is no significant difference in serum levels of T_3, T_4, TSH, GH, Glucagon between three treatments (P>0.05) besides the insulin.
