摘    要:我国面临高品位磷矿日渐枯竭,中、低品位磷矿由于浮选技术难度较大、富集成本较高而开发不利等问题。机械化学活化技术是提高中、低品位磷矿磷有效性的一种重要手段,已成为我国磷矿资源可持续利用的热点问题,但由于该技术在国内的研究与应用起步较晚,目前尚未形成完整的理论与技术体系。因此,综述了国内外利用机械化学活化技术活化中、低品位磷矿研究与开发的进展,以期为我国中、低品位磷矿的开发与利用提供新的研究思路和手段。

Research Progress on Mechanochemical Activation of Medium and Low-grade Phosphorite

Abstract:The facing problems are the depletion of high-grade phosphate ore and unfavorable development of medium and low-grade phosphorite due to the difficulty of flotation technology and high enrichment cost in China. Mechanochemical activation technology is an important means to improve the availability of medium and low-grade phosphorite. It has become a hot issue in the sustainable utilization of phosphorite resources in China. However, it has not formed the intact theoretical system at present due to the late research and application of this technology in China. The research and development progress of mechanochemical activation technology in medium and low-grade phosphorite are summarized at home and abroad in this paper, in order to provide new research ideas and means for the development and utilization of medium and low-grade phosphorite deposits in China.
