北京大都市生态林业发展评述

大多数发展中国家的城市森林生态环境始终处于“破坏—重建”的矛盾中，北京市受资源约束、环境污染和生态退化等多种因素的影响，其城市生态林业发展与大都市社会经济发展过程中的矛盾更为典型。在我国现代化建设发展进程中，城市生态林业是其中重点关注的部分，对于北京市向国际化大都市的目标迈进具有十分重要的意义。文中通过多次实地调查、文献资料收集和专家定期研讨分析，明确了当前的发展需求，在此基础上对当前北京市城市林业的功能进行了梳理和分析，并系统总结归纳了城市林业发展的限制因子；针对北京大都市生态林业发展需求及存在的限制因子给出了一系列对策建议，可以为典型大都市的绿色可持续发展带来较为有效的发展借鉴。

Review on Ecological Forestry Development in Beijing Metropolis

The ecological environment of urban forestry has been always in the confrontation of “destruction-reconstruction” in most developing countries. Affected by multiple factors such as resource constraints, environmental pollution and ecological degradation, Beijing is challenged by more typical contradiction between the urban ecological forestry development and the socioeconomic development. In the process of China's modernization, urban ecological forestry is one of the most important parts, which is of great significance for Beijing to achieve its goal of becoming an international metropolis. Through a number of field surveys, literature review and regular experts discussions, the authors first identify the current development needs, on which the functions of urban forestry in Beijing are reviewed and analyzed, and systematically summarize the restrictive factors to urban forestry development. At the end, a series of countermeasures are put forward according to the development demand and existing limiting factors of ecological forestry in Beijing metropolis. The results of this study would provide more effective suggestions for the green and sustainable development of typical metropolis.
