模拟微重力条件下体外成熟卵母细胞的受精能力

摘    要:分别对1 g重力和模拟微重力条件下成熟的昆明小鼠卵母细胞进行体外受精试验,研究模拟微重力条件下成熟卵母细胞的受精能力,探讨模拟微重力对卵母细胞成熟的影响。结果显示,1 g重力条件下成熟的小鼠卵母细胞的体外受精率为35.82%,显著高于模拟微重力条件下成熟的卵母细胞的体外受精率。可见,模拟微重力不利于卵母细胞的体外成熟,模拟微重力损伤卵母细胞的受精能力。

Abstract:Mouse oocytes were cultured in microgravity simulated by a rotating wall vessel bioreactor and in 1g gravity in vitro, respectively. We examined the fertilization rate of the mouse oocytes matured in different gravity conditions. The fertilization rate of mouse oocytes matured in 1g gravity was 35.82%, and the oocytes matured in simulated microgravity could not be fertilized in vitro. The results suggest that mouse oocytes maturation and fertilization ability were compromised by the simulated microgravity in vitro.
