秸秆纤维水泥基材料的性能试验研究

摘    要:为了缓解我国的能源危机且减轻过剩废弃农作物秸秆资源带来的环境压力,通过试验对环保节能型秸秆纤维水泥基材料的性能进行研究。结果表明,通过对秸秆纤维进行处理及降低水泥基材料的碱性,有效改善了秸秆纤维的增强效果,使秸秆纤维水泥基材料的韧性得以明显提高,具有较好的力学性能。

Abstract:In order to alleviate China''s energy crisis and relieve the pressure related to excessive abandoned- crop-straw on the environment, the performance of environment friendly cement-based straw fiber material were studied and discussed. The experiments show that the reinforced effect of straw fiber and the mechanical behavior of straw fiber reinforced cement-based material is improved by fiber modification and the cement matrix modification, which is effective in preventing degradation of straw fiber when exposed to alkaline medium.
