| 摘 要： | 以中小城市为对象,在现有城乡一体行政框架下,从区域中心城市(以建成区为核心)发展的要求与全市域(含农村)生态系统支撑能力之间的相互协调性角度,提出了城市发展生态适宜性概念,构建了以人为中心、以生态为根本,包括城区资源支撑、城区环境状况、城区效率效益、城区民生安全、市域(主要为辖区农村)生态支撑等5个方面的城市发展生态适宜性评价指标体系。并以扬州市为例,采用剩余配权的方法计算其城市发展生态适宜性指数,分析生态适宜性各相关指标变化状况,对改善扬州市城市发展生态支撑环境,促进中心城市可持续发展进行了相关探讨。 |
