| 摘 要： | 通过研究利用触摸屏、PLC和变频器等控制设备来组建一个电机控制系统。触摸屏具有良好的互动性,在PLC中编制控制程序,PLC的数字输出信号输入到D/A转换模块转换成模拟量,加载到设置成外部电压控制模式的变频器上,使异步电动机根据生产现场的要求运行。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with a motor control system based on HMI,PLC and inverter.HMI has good interaction.The programs can be input into PLC,and the digital parameters of speed can be converted into analog parameters through D/A module.Motor's operation can be controlled according to the system requirements through the inverter which can be set into an external voltage control mode. |
