| 摘 要： | 以甲基丙烯酸β-羟乙酯(HEM A)和N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)为单体,过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,聚合成新型水凝胶角膜接触镜,并对此聚合物进行红外光谱分析,平衡含水量的分析,透氧量的分析和热重差热分析,发现这种材料符合日戴型角膜接触镜的要求。这一研究为药物载体的功能性角膜接触镜的研究奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | 2-Hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA) and N-ethenyl pyrrolidone(NVP) are copolymerized to form hydro-gel by using benzoyl peroxide(BPO) as the initiator.The hydro-gel is tested through infrared spectrum and thermo-gravimetric analysis. Water content and oxygen permeability are also tested.The results show that the properties of hydro-gel meet the requirement of daily disposable contact lenses.The study lays the foundation for further research of functional hydro-gel contact lens as drug carrier. |
