高效微生物絮凝剂产生菌XNJ1的筛选与絮凝条件优化

摘    要:从江苏苏州某污水处理厂的活性污泥中初筛分离出21株产絮凝剂的微生物菌株,复筛得到1株具有较高絮凝活性的絮凝剂产生菌,将其命名为XNJ1。通过16S rRNA基因序列同源性分析并结合生理生化特征分析,将菌株XNJ1鉴定为居幼虫普罗威登斯菌属(Providencia sp.)。试验结果表明,菌株XNJ1对高岭土悬浮液的最佳絮凝生长条件为:碳源为葡萄糖,氮源为尿素,pH值7.0~8.0,温度30℃左右,培养时间48 h。在最佳絮凝条件下,2%絮凝剂投加量对4%的高岭土悬浮液的絮凝率达到82.4%。上述研究结果表明:菌株XNJ1具有较好的生物絮凝研究价值和应用前景。
