摘    要:研究了白肋烟KY171和TR Model自然凉制过程中电导率、水分活性、叶片重量的变化规律。结果表明 :2个品种变化规律相同。电导率在采收后的 0~ 2 1d逐渐升高 ;2 1d达到最高值 ,其后趋于平稳KY171的叶片水分电导率在各阶段都高于TR Model。水分活性在采收后的 0~ 7d变化不大 ;采收后的 7~ 2 1d ,KY171和TR Model中脉水分活性下降较小 ,而叶片水分活性有显著降低 ;采收后 2 1~ 3 5d ,二者的中脉水分活性逐渐下降。叶片重量在采收后 0~ 2 1d呈现逐渐下降趋势 ,随后趋于平稳。

Abstract:The variation law of burley tobacco KY171 and TR Model leaf conductivity, water activity and weight during air curing procedure was tested and the results showed: the variation law of KY171 and TR Model was the same. The leaf conductivity was gradually increased from 0 to 7day after harvested, and it got the maxim after 3 weeks, then stable. KY171's conductivity was always higher than TR Model during any phases. The water activity didn't change from 0 to 7 day after harvested, the water activity from 7 to 21 day, the water activity of their midrib reduced gradually after harvested from 21 to 35 day. The weight of leaf was gradually decreased from 0 to 21 day after harvested, then stable.
