陕西核桃内生真菌代谢产物抑菌活性分析

摘要:为筛选出具有抑菌活性的核桃内生真菌,以核桃炭疽病原菌等6种真菌和大肠杆菌等5种细菌病原菌作为指示菌,通过平板对峙培养、生长速率法和滤纸片法测定内生菌的拮抗作用及其代谢产物的抑菌活性。结果表明:共筛选出抑菌活性显著的内生菌6株,其中弯角镰刀菌LTL-G3、木霉属YJL-3和德氏霉属YJL-14菌株的发酵液抑菌活性显著,其次生代谢产物中可能存在独特的抑菌活性物质;番茄早疫病原菌和产气荚膜梭菌对核桃内生真菌代谢产物的响应最为显著。

Abstract:To screen the antibacterial endophytic fungi of Juglans regia, the antagonistic activity of endophytic fungus and the antimicrobial activity of its metabolites were determined by confrontation culture method, growth rate method and Kirby-Bauer method, 6 plant pathogenic fungus and 5 bacterial pathogens were used as indicators. The results showed that 6 strains of endophytic fungus were screened, whose antimicrobial activity of the metabolites was obvious, especially Fusarium camptoceras LTL-G3, Trichoderma YJL-3 and Drechslera YJL-14. There may be some unique antimicrobial active substances in their secondary metabolites, which deserve further studying. The findings also indicated that Alternaria sonali and Clostridium perfringens responded to the metabolites of endophytic fungus more distinctly.
