洋桔梗无土栽培轻质基质配方筛选研究

摘要:采用蛭石、泥炭、珍珠岩和废弃物蜂窝煤渣进行基质配比栽培试验,通过发芽率、发芽时间、苗高、地径等指标比较其生长状况,筛选出适合洋桔梗生长的基质配比和理化性状范围。结果表明:V (珍珠岩) :V (泥炭) :V (蛭石) :V (蜂窝煤渣)= 2:3:1:4的T6为最优方案,显著优于对照。较适合洋桔梗生长的基质理化性状为:容重为0.36 g/cm3,总孔隙度为63.67%,通气孔隙为23.55%,持水孔隙为40.12%,气水孔隙比为0.59,pH值为6.9,电导率为38.8 μS/cm。

Abstract:In order to solve the environmental pollution, a study on the selection of optional directions of light soilless culture substrates for Eustoma grandiflorum with vermiculite would find out the best proportion of different combinations such as vermiculite, slag, peat, perlite was carried out. According to the plant growth indexes such as budding rate, height of plant and stem diameter, appropriate growth substrate proportion, physical and chemical property scope were probed into. The results showed that the best sample was T6: V (perlite) :V (peat) :V (vermiculite) :V (slag)= 2:3:1:4. The appropriate physical and chemical property for E.grandiflorum was as follows: bulk density was 0.36 g/cm3, total porosity was 63.67%, capillary porosity was 23.55%, ratio between air and capillary was 0.59, pH was 6.9, EC was 38.8 μS/cm.
