| Abstract: | Online publishing and online sharing of technology papers has become an inevitble trend of future devolopment, we are still at the stage of the attempt. This article has discussed about standards buiding of sharing plantform of on-line paper from web publishing policies and regulations,construction of copyright law, paper-line quality control,standardization of norms edting,metadata standardization , and so in many ways. |
