摘    要:本研究旨在分析不同土壤干旱胁迫下接种Burkholderia sp.LD-11菌株对玉米荧光参数的影响。在温室中培养2种玉米骨干品系,接种Burkholderia sp.LD-11菌株,干旱处理后测定相关生理指标。结果表明,随干旱胁迫程度的增加,Fv/Fm值变小,且实验组大于对照组;而Fv’/Fm’、产量、ETR三者,在实验组中的变化幅度小于对照组的;在q N值方面,实验组均小于对照组。因此,本研究说明土壤接种Burkholderia sp.LD-11菌株能在一定程度上缓解干旱胁迫对玉米光合系统的损伤。

Abstract:The objective was to analyze the inoculation with Burkholderia sp.LD- 11 on the fluorescence parameters of maize under different soil drought stresses. Two maize lines were cultured in the greenhouse, and then inoculated withBurkholderia sp.LD-11. After the drought stress, the relative physiological indexes were detected. The results showed that with drought stress increasing,Fv /Fm value declined, andFv /Fm value of experimental group was more than that of the control group. While the changes ofFv ''/Fm '', yield and ETR in experimental group were less than those of the control group. Moreover,qN of experimental group was always less than that of the control group. Therefore, the present study showed that Burkholderia sp.LD-11 strain could partially alleviate the damage of drought stress on maize.
