辣椒种子结构与生活力关系的研究

摘    要:利用3%KNO_3溶液渗控处理3个具有不同生活力水平的辣椒种子批,结果表明:渗控处理可以促使高生活力水平的FL_1种子发芽快而齐,可以提高低生活力水平的FL_2种子的正常苗率;还可以明显增加辣椒种子胚乳与种壳、胚乳与种胚之间的自由空隙。发芽试验结果表明:胚乳与种壳之间自由空隙的大小与种子生活力表现无明显相关性,但胚乳与种胚之间自由空隙的多少则与种子活力呈明显的正相关。x-光技术可以清晰地检测辣椒种子内部形态结构,不能检测已经丧失生活力但种子内部形态结构依然完整的种子质量。

Abstract:Three kinds of pepper capsicum seeds different in seed vigour were treated with3%KNO_3 solution and the results showed that osmotic treatment stimulated the seed germi-nation,increased the germination uniformity of seeds FL_1 which had higher seed vigour,andincreased normal seedlings rate of seeds FL_2 which had lower seed vigour.Osmotic treatmentobviously increased the free space between endosperm and seed coat and the free space be-tween endosperm and seed embryc. The germination test showed that pepper seeds with noembryo or incomplete embryo or no plump endosperm,had no seed vigourwhich suggestedthat the free space endosperm and seed coat had no obvious connection with seed vigour,butthe free space between endosperm and embryo had obvious positive proportion with seedvigour, Using X-ray could not test the quality of the seeds that had lost vigour but still hadcoinplete internal structure.
