| 摘 要： | 辽河滩地有近百万亩农田种植耐旱高棵作物,使得行洪受阻。通过采用全移动管道式喷灌系统改种小麦、大豆,不仅解决了防洪清障问题,而且粮食增产,获得了很大的经济效益。
