摘    要:本文从3H-甘氨酸参入丝心蛋白的速率和某些有关器官的细胞亚显微结构的变化等方面.初步探讨了3眠蚕诱导剂SM—1对家蚕丝蛋白合成的调控机理.试验结果表明:(1)SM—1处理后.对丝腺体的成长有明显的促进作用.同日龄幼虫的后部丝腺干重,处理组较对照组高10倍左右,(2)SM—1处理后,3H-甘氨酸参入丝心蛋白的速率明显增快.最高参入速度比对照组提早3—4天,处理组的参入速度,最高峰时可较对照组高5倍左右;(3)与丝蛋白合成密切有关的一些细胞的亚显微结构发生明显变化.后部丝腺细胞中粗面内质网增加,核糖体和高尔基体明显增多,核的动态变化更为显著,脂肪体中贮存颗粒亦发生有规则的变化.

Abstract:The regulation mechanisms of the silk fibroin synthesis of silkworm, Bombyx mori., the incorporation rate of 3H-Glycine into the silk fibroin and the changes of submicroscopic structure of some relative organs treated by trimolting silkworm inducer SM-1 have been studied in this experiment. The results are as follows.1. After treatied the silkworm by SM-1, the growth of the silkgland was imProved obviously, the dry weight of the posterior silkgland of the treated groups was ten times higher than that of the control which was incubated at the same day.2. After treattd by SM-1, the incorporation rate of 3H-Glycine into theilk fibroin was markedly increased in compared with that of control. The hightest incorporation rate of the treated group appeared earlier 3-4 day than that of control, and in , the peak period, the incorporation rate of the treated group could reach five times more than that of control.3. Some cellular submtcroscopic sturctures which related with the synthesis of the silk fibroin has obviously changed: in posterior silkgland, rough endo-plasmic reticulum ribosomes and Golgi bodies were obviously increased, the dynamic changes of the nuclear was still more obviously. The regular changes of the storage pranular of fat bodies can also be seen.
