摘    要:目的 筛选一种性能优良的催化剂,并探索一种得率高、产品质量好、环境污染和设备腐蚀小的氢化松香甲酯合成工艺。方法 氢化松香和甲醇通过酯化反应合成氢化松香甲酯。结果 筛选出了自制钨酸盐催化剂,使用该催化剂合成氢化松香甲酯的最佳工艺条件为:醇酸比25:1(摩尔比),催化剂用量2%(以氢化松香质量计),反应温度190℃,反应时间5h,氢化松香酯化率达92%以上,产品纯度>96%。结论用钨酸钠作催化剂的氢化松香甲酯合成工艺简单、无污染,原料转化率高,产品质量好,具良好的工业推广价值。

Abstract:Aim This paper aims at obtaining a proper synthetic technique through selecting a proper kind of catalyst. Method hydro-genated rosin methaester is obtained by esterificating with hydrogenated rosin and methanol . Results the catalyst salt tungstate is selected the best and the optimum technical condition is reached as follows: hydrogenated rosin/meihanol 2.5:1 (mol/mol), dosage of catalyst 2% (mass of hydrogenated rosin) , reaction temperature 1901C , reaction time 5h. Under this condition, the convertion rale of hydrogenated rosin reaches 92 % , hydrogenated rosin methaester content > 96 % . Conclusions with the catalyst salt tungstate , the esterification technique with hydrogenated rosin and methanol is simple, non - pollution, convertion rate of the material high and the quality of the product good.
