铬胁迫对黄瓜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:本实验就不同浓度的重金属Cr^6+对黄瓜种子的萌发和幼苗中MDA的含量、过氧化物酶活性等生理指标影响进行深入研究,结果表明较低浓度的铬对种子的萌发和幼苗的生长有促进作用。超过一定浓度的铬胁迫则对黄瓜种子的萌发和幼苗的生长具有较大的毒害作用,使黄瓜幼苗中的丙二醛(MDA)含量增加,过氧化物酶(POD)活性升高,说明铬的危害程度随其浓度的增高而加重。

Abstract:In this paper,the effects of different concentration Cr6 on cucumber seed germination,malondialdehyde(MDA) content and peroxidase(POD) activity in cucumber seedling were studied.The results showed that the lower concentration Cr6 enhanced seed germination and seedling growth,whereas higher concentration Cr6 stress inhibited obviously seed germination and seedling growth,induced an increse in MDA content and POD activity.It indicated that the damage aggravated with the increasing Cr6 concentration.
