乌鲁木齐市水资源开发利用现状、问题及对策

在分析乌鲁木齐市水资源一切利用现状的基础上，对水资源开发利用中出现的问题作了初步探讨，在此基础上，结合乌鲁木齐市现阶段发展水平，经济承受能力和实施方案的可行性，提出切实可行的水资源可持续开发利用的基本对策，以达到扩大城市水资源环境容量，提高水资源承载能力，促进城市可持续发展的目的。
