| 摘 要： | “院县共建”是黑龙江省农业科学院在新的历史条件下独创的一种新生事物。它通过农业科技示范园区、专家大院、科技培训、致富项目对黑龙江省“十弱”县进行科技帮扶，为其解决“三农”问题和加速县域经济腾飞做出了不可磨灭的贡献。

| Abstract: | "Institute and County constructing" is a new concept put forward by Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences in the new historic condition.It assisted the "ten weak couties"of Heilongjiang province by the form of agricultural science and technology garden,expert courtyard,technology training and enrich projects.And made great contributions to solving"three rural problems" and accelerating the development of county economy. |
