RCM思想在农机维修中的应用

农业机械具有独特的作业特点(如作业的季节性比较突出,时间相对集中),一旦发生故障将会造成巨大经济损失;而且工作环境差,作业人员文化素质较低,操作程序不规范,安全意识淡薄,相对其他机械更容易发生事故.随着我国传统农业向现代化农业的转变,农机装备也开始向着大型化、多功能化、精密化和复杂化的方向发展,人们对农机装备的维修管理提出了更高的要求.为了保证农机装备的可用性、安全性和使用经济性,采用RCM(以可靠性为中心的维修)思想,结合农业机械的特点,对RCM在农机维修中的应用前景进行了分析,对农机装备的系统维修和结构维修进行了研究,对保障农机工作安全性、提高农机装备的可靠性和运行经济性具有重要的意义.

Application of RCM in the Maintenance of Agricultural Machinery

Fist,the agricultural machinery has its own characteristics,such as the working season is more prominent,the time is relatively concentrate,once fault it will cost huge economic loses.Secondly,compared to other machinery,low-level operators,non-standard operating procedures and poor safety awareness make it more prone to accidents.Finally,as the conversion from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,the agricultural machinery and equipment have begun to develop towards the direction of large-scale,multifunction,precision and complication and a high demand of the maintenance management of agricultural machinery and equipment has been put forward.To ensure the availability,safety and economy of agricultural machinery and equipment,the foreground of application of RCM in agricultural machinery has been analyzed and the system and structural maintenance tasks have been studied in this paper.The work is of great significance to ensure the safety and improve the reliability and working economy of the agricultural machinery.
