| 摘 要： | 湿地松粉蚧卵Oracella acuta的发育起点温度为13.3±0.74℃,有效积温为134.6日度。 低温冷藏各虫态的方法以剪取有虫源的松枝放在保鲜塑料袋中封装后置于10℃～12℃的低温下冷藏为宜,在10℃下各虫态的平均存活时间以低龄若虫为最长,其次是高龄若虫。冷藏的各虫态可以连续不断地为寄生蜂提供寄主,卵还可用来繁殖本地的一种捕食性天敌—一种捕食螨。

| Abstract: | The development threshold temperature of egg of Oracella acuta was 13. 3C and its effective accumulated temperature was 134. 6 day-degree.The best method of cold storage of all stages of the mealybug was chipping the pine branches (about 14 cm long) and putting them into plastic film bags, and keeping them in refrigerator under 10 - 12'C- The pine branches fetching from the refrigerator at the time of half-mortality of the mealybug were cultivated in water or in moist sand, and could be kept freshly about 7 days at 30C- The cold storage of all stages of the mealybug can provide continually host for its parasitic natural enemies introduced from oversea. Eggs can be used as food for a domestic predator of the mealybug-a species of predacious mite. |
