摘    要:以单季茭白品种蒋墅芟和双季茭白品种葑红早为试材,对Cd2+、pb2+的单一及其复合胁迫,进行有机肥和无机肥处理,测定了两茭白品种叶片中DNA的提取量以及DNA增色效应的变化.试验结果表明.Cd2+、Pb2+胁迫均能显著降低两茭白品种叶片中DNA提取的量及DNA增色效应的程度.不同胁迫处理方式间以复合胁迫处理下茭白叶片中DNA提取的量显著低于单一胁迫处理,复合胁迫处理时茭白叶片DNA的增色效应下降的幅度显著大于单一胁迫处理.不同肥料处理间则以无机肥处理时DNA提取的量显著低于有机肥处理;而无机肥处理时茭白叶片DNA增色效应下降的幅度显著大于有机肥处理.品种间同比均以蒋墅茭较高.

Abstract:To study the contents of dietary fiber (DF) and crude fiber in gall's of Zizania latifolia grown in stress with Cd2+ 100 mg/L, Pb2+ 1 000 mg/L and their combined stress, a single-harvested cultivar Jiangshujiao and a double-harvested cultivar Fenghongzao of Zizania latifolia were cultured in soil with organic fertilizer (OF) and inorganic fertilizer (IF).
