实验性雏鸭隐孢子虫病病理学研究

摘    要:30只10日龄无隐孢子虫感染的雏鸭口腔和气管内接种隐孢子虫卵囊,于接种后不同时期观察临床症状和扑杀,进行病理组织学和电镜观察。结果表明:隐孢子虫仅寄生于雏鸭呼吸系统、法氏囊皱褶粘膜上皮细胞的游离面和法氏囊固有层内淋巴滤泡的皮质和髓质交界处未分化上皮细胞表面,引起上皮细胞大量增殖、坏死、剥脱及真性细胞浸润,导致雏鸭细胞增生性气管炎、支气管肺炎和法氏囊炎。

Abstract:Ten-day-old ducks free from cryptosporidia were orally and intratraceally inoculated with oocysts of cryptosporidium baileyi. At post-inoculated different, period, the clinical signs of the patient ducks were observed, and studied by patho-histology and electron microscope techniques. The results indicated that the various developmental cryptosporidia only developed in the microvillous border of the mucosal epitheliellum of respiratory system and the folds of the bursa, and the non-differentiated epithelial cells between the cortex and the medulla of lymphoid follicles in the bursa, resulted in hy-perplasia and desqumation, and necrosis of the bost epithelial cells, and the numerous infiltration of the inflammative cells. The finding shows that duck cryptosporidium baileyi mainly parpasitized in the microvillous border of the epithelial cells resulted in cellular productive trachitis and bronchopneumonitis and bursatis.
