石羊河流域下游民勤绿洲草地退化问题分析

石羊河流域是西北内陆河流域中水资源开发利用程度最高、用水矛盾最突出、生态环境问题最严重、水资源对经济社会发展制约性最强的地区。流域下游的民勤绿洲更是生态重灾区,天然草场的严重退化,不仅对绿洲生态安全构成严重威胁,而且严重影响到经济社会的可持续发展。研究民勤绿洲草地的退化问题,对于维系绿洲生态安全、推进社会经济可持续发展,具有重要意义。在总结流域水系演变的基础上,分析了流域水循环格局的改变和民勤绿洲草地的退化问题,结果表明,水循环格局的改变是民勤绿洲草地退化的主要原因,水资源的量、质、时空分布以及开发利用方式、强度显著决定了绿洲生态系统的演化方向,导致了沙漠化威胁加剧和“生态难民”的产生。
