月季切花保鲜中Ca^2+与其它物质的拮抗与协同效应

摘    要:通过对切花月季进行瓶插保鲜处理,表明低浓度Ca^2+(0.1%)的保鲜效应优于高浓度,且0.1%CaCl2与B9、6-BA合用表现了增效作用,而与Ag^+的复合则呈现一定的拮抗效应。选出2%蔗糖+25mg/L 6-BA,配以0.1%CaCl2喷施为最佳处理,瓶插寿命达到10d,比对照处长4d。

Abstract:A compound preservation liquid with different calcium contents was applied on cut rose. It showed that 0. 1% calcium was more effective than other ones evaluated by vase life and the diameter of the flowers. The effect decreased with Ag and boosted with B9 or 6-BA added, indicating effects of antagonism and cooperation respectively. A optimum treatment which could gain 10 days vase life was obtained, i. e., 2% sucrose 25 mg/L 6-BA, in addition to 0.1% CaC12 spraying.
