| 摘 要： | 一项经济制度的运行往往遵循着“制度创新→制度均衡→制度僵滞→制度创新”这样一个周期性的变迁规律。我国粮食流通制度从自由购销到统购统销、从议购议销到粮食的市场化改革,同样遵循着这一规律。周期性的变迁是我国粮食流通制度的基本特征。

| Abstract: | An economic system often follows the periodic change process that from "the system innovation" to "system balanced",and "system stiffly to stagnate" to "the system innovation".After the PRC established,the grain circulation systems have changed from the free buying and selling to the state monopoly for purchase and marketing,and from contracting in buying and selling to the grain marketability reform.Similarly,it's also following this periodic change path.Periodic change is the grain circulation system basic characteristic in our country. |
