PEG对大豆辐射生理损伤作用的影响

摘    要:用PEG处理大豆种子,能提高种子活力指数,增加幼苗生物量,其作用效果受γ射线照射种子优于未照射种子。由过氧化物含量、脂质过氧化水平、外渗物量测定表明,PEG能减轻辐射的生理损伤,其原因可能与提高损伤后的膜修复能力有关。利用PEG对大豆辐射损伤的生物学效应,在辐射育种中可把适宜照射剂量相应提高3—5kR。

Abstract:Soybean seeds treated with polyethylene glycol (PEG) can enhance the activity of the seeds increase the biomass of seedlings. The effect of irradiated soybean seedt is better than that of unirradlated ones. The measurement of the yield peroxide, capacity for lipidperoxidation and quantity of substances oozed out of the organs shows that, PEG can decrease the physiological damage of irradiated soybean. It may be related to the repairing capacity of damaged membran. In the radiation breeding, about 3-5 kR can be increased on the basis of the appropriate dose using the biological effect of PEG on soybean irradiation damage.
