| 摘 要： | 主要论述应用GSM短消息构建学院短信平台的原理和方法。重点分析了学院的需求，提出了短信平台的结构组成、设备选型和系统配置，设计了软件系统主要功能，对短信编码格式和程序设计的方法进行详细分析，并给出部分程序示例。该系统的应用能有效地提高学院办公效率，改进服务水平，降低通信费用，应用前景广阅。

| Abstract: | This article expounds the principle and method of applying the GSM short message service at the college. It includes the needs assessment, SMS platform structure, equipment selection and system requirement. Major functions of the software are specifically designed to meet the needs of the college. The SMS coding system and computer program are presented with examples. This SMS service system using GSM modem can effectively improve administrative efficiency, upgrade services and lower communication cost. Thus, this technology can be promoted for various office applications. |
