饵料中添加艾叶对鲤鱼增重的影响

设4个0.5米~3水族箱,每箱放养个体大小基本相同的夏花鲤鱼30尾,每箱为一处理组,1～4组的基础饵料中分别添加0.2%、0.5%、1%和2%的艾叶粉,喂养42天。结果,1组的增重效果低于其它组(P<0.01);2、3、4组的增重效果比较无统计学差异。用含0.5%艾叶粉的颗粒饵料分别于两个渔场的池塘内饲养1龄鲤鱼,结果,各试验组的生长率比相应的对照组分别提高17.39%和45.77%;各试验组的增长率比相应对照组分别提高15.39%和53.85%。

Effect of Artemisia argyi Added to Diets on Weight Gain of Common Carp

120 common carp summerlings were divided into 4 treatment groups, 30 individuals each. Each group was cultivated in an aquarium of 0.5 M~3 any given the same feed added with Artemisia argyi leaves meal (AGLM) at different contents of 0.2%,0.5%, 1%,and 2% respectively for 42 days. Results showed that the average weight gain of 0.2% group was significantly lower in comparison with those of the other groups. The other three groups had no statistical difference between any two groups in weight gain. One year-old common carp was reared in ponds of two fish farms. They twere fed the diets added with A GLM of 0.5% for 130 days. The growth rates of tes groups were 17.39% and 45.77% higher than that of the corresponding control. The gress growth efficiency of test groups increased by 15.39% and 53.85% than those of the controls.
