黑龙江省番茄根结线虫病病原鉴定及抗病种质资源筛选

摘    要:对黑龙江省大庆市温室内的番茄根结线虫进行形态鉴定和苗期抗病性鉴定技术研究,结果表明该线虫为南方根结线虫;采用接种苗龄30d(天),接种深度10cm,接种量5000条·株-1,接种天数50d(天)为最佳组合。用该鉴定方法对18份番茄材料进行苗期抗根结线虫病鉴定,筛选出免疫材料2份,高抗材料4份,强抗材料4份,中抗材料2份,微抗材料1份,其余5份为易感材料。

Abstract:This experiment investigated rootknot nematodes on tomato in Heilongjiang province in 1997-1998. Nematodes happened seriously only in greenhouse in Daqing. Morphological identification showed that this nematode was Meloidogyne incognita. The identifying technique of tomatos seedling resistance to rootknot nematode is that 30 days seedling inoculated 5 000 individuals per plant in 10 cm deep. Data were recorded in 50 days after inoculation. By adopting this identifying technique,two immune,four highly resistant,four strongly resistant,one slightly resistant and five susceptive materials were identified.
