| 摘 要： | 本文参考大量文献资料,综述了近年来关于人参及人参皂苷的生物活性和新近研究被证明的活性及其在临床上的用途。主要包括以下几个方面:1、人参及人参皂苷对II型糖尿病患者显示出的降血糖作用机制;2、人参及人参皂苷对性功能障碍的治疗及NO的作用机制;3、人参及人参皂苷对心血管系统的作用及人参可能引起NO的作用机制。希望通过此项工作为开发利用人参及其衍生物提供有用的参考。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews recent preclinical findings of bioaetivities of ginseng and ginsenosides as well as their clinical uses based on the latest information. These new findings include antihyperglycemic effects of ginseng and ginsenosides on type II diabetics as evidenced by in vitro and in vivo studies ; up - regulation by ginseng and ginsenosides of biological activities of nitric oxide and the resulting aphrodisiac effect; and cardiovascu- lar effects of ginseng and ginsenosides. It is our hope that this review provides useful information for further exploitation and utilization of ginseng and its derivatives. |
