| 摘 要： | 针对覆塑竹帘胶合板现有的"冷-热-冷"胶合工艺存在能耗高、用水量大的缺点,将胶合工艺改进为先在热压机内采用"热-热"工艺胶合成板,然后在冷压机内进行冷却定型的新工艺。实验室研究表明:新工艺不仅可以节能、节水,而且板材的胶合质量与表面性能都可以满足相关标准的质量要求。

| Abstract: | The current pressing technology for the impregnated paper overlaid bamboo curtain ply- wood features high energy consumption and high water consumption and the production cost is very high.To solve the problems,a new pressing technology has been developed:the plywood is pressed in the hot-press by using"hot-hot"technology and then cooled and shaped in the cold-press.The labora- tory results show the application of the new pressing technology can save much energy and water.Al- so,mechanical properties and surface quality of the plywood can satisfy the requirements specified in related standards. |
