| 摘 要： | 本研究探讨了用直接离心法、上浮法和perco ll密度梯度离心法等3种方法处理精子对南阳牛体外受精效果的影响。结果表明3种方法处理的精子卵裂率差异不显著(84.2%vs84.5%vs83.6%),但是桑囊胚率perco ll密度梯度离心法和上浮法显著高于直接离心法(17.1%、16.9%vs13.8%)。同时比较了微滴法和微细管法对体外受精效果的影响,表明两种方法受精后的卵裂率差异不显著(84.1%vs81.1%),桑囊胚率微细管法显著高于微滴法(17.8%vs13.4%)。 |

| Abstract: | This research observed the effects of direct centrifugation,swimming-up,percoll density gradient centrifugation treated sperm on IVF in Nanyang cattle.The cleavage rates of sperm in the three treatments(84.2%,84.5%,and 83.6%,respectively) were similar(P> 0.05),but the development rates of morula and blastocyst in swimming-up and percoll density gradient centrifugation group(17.1%,16.9%) were greater(P< 0.05) than that of direct centrifugation(13.8%).Meantime,comparison of the effect of drop and capillary methods on IVF indicated that the cleavage rates in the two treatment had no significant difference(P > 0.05),but the development rates of morula and blastocyst of capillary method were significantly higher than that of drop method(17.8%,13.4%). |
