乙烯对芍药切花衰老的影响

摘    要:以4个芍药品种‘奇花露霜’、‘春晓’、‘菱花晨浴’、‘桃花飞雪’的切花为材料,用5 mg/L乙烯利(ETP)、200 mg/L ETP、50 mg/L硫代硫酸银(STS)和去离子水(对照)进行处理,测定其瓶插寿命、花茎弯颈程度、花枝鲜重变化率、乙烯生成量等,研究乙烯对芍药切花衰老的影响。结果表明:‘奇花露霜’和‘菱花晨浴’对高浓度乙烯利(200 mg/L)和低浓度乙烯利(5 mg/L)均敏感,乙烯拮抗剂(STS)可明显延缓其衰老;‘春晓’、‘桃花飞雪’只对高浓度乙烯利敏感,STS对其作用效果不明显。

Abstract:The effects of ethylene on the senescence of cut peony flower were studied.'Qihua Lushuang','Chunxiao','Linghua Chenyu' and 'Taohua Feixue' were treated with 5 mg/L ETP,200 mg/L ETP,50 mg/L STS and deionized water respectively,and their vase life,change in fresh weight,bent neck and ethylene production after treatment were measured.The results showed that'Qihua Lushuang' and 'Linghua Chenyu' were sensitive to both 5 mg/L ETP and 200 mg/L ETP,and STS could obviously delay their senescence.'Chunxiao' and 'Tao...
