农村劳动力转移对农村的影响——对农民外出打工现象的分析

由于农村耕地的缺乏、农业比较效益低,随着城市第二、三产业的发展,越来越多的农民跳出农业,从农村转移到城市,形成近几年备受关注的“打工经济”。在农民工对城市建设做出巨大贡献,增加自己的现金收入的同时,也应该看到农村劳动力转移对农村带来的一系列家庭、社会问题,特别是对农村长远发展的不良影响。提出并分析了这些问题及影响,并给出相应的对策建议。

Impact of the Migration of Peasant Labor Force on the Development of Rural Area

As the lack of rural farmland,relatively low benefit and the development of secondary and tertiary industry in urban,a growing number of peasants abandoned agriculture from rural to urban area,and formed the "Economy created by migrant peasants" that be paid close attention in recent years.At the same time as the peasant workers made a great contribution to urban construction,their income was increased.It can be seen that the transfer of rural labor force brought about a number of family and social problems,particularly in the development of the rural areas in future.In this paper these issues and influence were presented and analyzed,at last,the appropriate countermeasures were proposed.
