摘    要:考察了从平菇栽培料上分离到的污染木霉(Trichoderma spp.)对黄瓜尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxyporum)和黄瓜立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)的拮抗作用,并从中筛选出绿色木霉(Trichoderma viride)TH4对这两种病原菌具有较强的抑制作用。通过显微镜观察证明TH4可以侵入到病原菌的菌丝内,使病原菌的细胞壁变薄、消解,最终导致菌丝断裂。通过对扣培养法与圆盘滤膜法证明了TH4的挥发及非挥发代谢产物都会对病原菌产生一定的抑制作用。

Abstract:Trichoderma spp.was isolated from the substitute cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus,then the antagonistic action of isolated Trichoderma viride with Fusarium oxyporum and Rhizoctonia solani on cucumber was researched.The isolated Trichoderma viride TH4 strongly antagonized these two soil-borne pathogens.The parasitism of TH4 on these two soil-borne pathogens was observed by optical microscopy.By the cellophane disk method and enclosed chamber test,we drew the conclusion that the non-volatile metabolites and volatile metabolites of TH4 had the inhibition effect to the two soil-borne pathogens.
