| 摘 要： | 本文叙述了采用离子交换液相色谱法，以乙腈 甲醇 醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液作流动相测定三唑锡的含量，该方法标准偏差为0.3519。变异系数0.39%，平均回收率99.75%，方法线性关系良好，其相关系数为0.9997。

| Abstract: | The quantitative analysis of azocyclotin was undertaken by IEC,using acetonitrile and methano1 and acetic acid -sodium acetate buffer solution as mobile phase,the results showed that the standard deviation, variation coefficient and average recovery were 0.3519, 0.39% and 99.75% respectively.The method gave a good linear response,correlation coefficient were 0.9997. |
