开菲尔对小鼠血清胆固醇水平的影响

摘    要:开菲尔是一种饮用历史悠久的功能性发酵乳制品,为探讨开菲尔对小鼠血清胆固醇水平的影响,将小鼠随机分成3组:对照组、高脂模型组和开菲尔组。对照组饲喂基础饲料,高脂模型组和开菲尔组饲喂高脂饲料,开菲尔组每日灌胃开菲尔发酵乳,对照组和高脂模型组给予无菌蒸馏水,连续灌胃28 d。结果表明,开菲尔组与高脂模型组相比,小鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量明显降低(P<0.05),而血清总甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量无显著差异(P>0.05),动脉粥样硬化指数(AI)极显著降低(P<0.01),抗动脉粥样硬化指数(AAI)极显著升高(P<0.01)。由此可知,开菲尔能有效降低实验性高胆固醇血症小鼠的血清胆固醇水平。

Effects of Kefir on Serum Cholesterol Level in Mice
Abstract:Kefir is a fermented dairy product,which has showed a variety of health benefits,and has a long history of human consumption.The purpose of this paper was to evaluate the effects of kefir on serum cholesterol level in hypercholesterolemia mice.Mice in 3 treatment groups were fed the following experimental diets for 28 days:a basal diet plus sterile distilled water,a high-cholesterol diet plus sterile distilled water,a high-cholesterol diet plus kefir.The total cholesterol(TC) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels in the serum significantly(P <0.05)decreased in the kefir-treated mice compared with mice fed a high-cholesterol diet without kefir supplementation,but total triglycerides(TG) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) levels in the serum had no significant(P>0.05) differences.After kefir administration,the atherosclerotic index(AI) significantly(P <0.01)decreased,and antiatherosclerotic index(AAI)significantly(P <0.01)increased.These results suggested that kefir may be effectively in reducing serum cholesterol level in hypercholesterolemia mice.
